While the world was starting to realise that global warming was a real issue that had to be dealt with, Presidtn George H. W. Bush promised to use “The White House Effect” to deal with the crisis. THE WHITE HOUSE EFFECT dives into the detalis about the crucial years between 1988 and the Rio Earth Summit i 1992, and shows exactly how the response to the climate crisis was derailed. 

THE WHITE HOUSE EFFECT is a carefully woven toghether using exclusive archival material from the period, and the result is a provoking account of a turning point in the history of the climes crisis.
